Womb Wellness
The womb space is the energetic space near the sacrum that holds all creative and life giving energy. Though it is often linked to the uterus, we all with or without a uterus have an energetic womb space. This is where our ancestral wisdom lives. It is also the place where we hold our deepest traumas.
I dream of living in a world where we are deeply in tune with our creative energy and internal magic. Where we are connected with our maternal line and the wisdom of our ancestors. Where we maintain intimate conversations with our bodies and spirits. An essential first step on this path is to practice healing the trauma trapped in our womb space and Reestablishing a safe relationship with that part of ourselves.
Yoni Steaming
Yoni Steaming is an ancient wisdom women have been passing down to bring balance and wellness to the womb space. It is incorporated in postpartum healing in many cultures across the globe, including central and south America and Ayruvedic practices.
Womb Yoga
Yoga is a 5000 year old practice which uses movements, breathwork, and meditation to help one master the body and mind to reach enlightenment through unity, for health, and for self-understanding. We use a slow, gentle form of yoga to connect with the physical and energetic womb space.

I have known Payton for many years. Though I was done birthing when she was still a child, I’ve been involved with her in many common causes and interests. Having been in the natural birth education and natural health communities myself for decades, I know that Payton is fully capable. Anyone hiring her is in great hands! Everything this young woman does she does with complete care and passion. She is seriously smart (common sense AND educated), balanced with her immense compassion and empathy for others. She is intuitive and kind, and I would totally refer her for anything she sets out to do, or adds to her practice.

Words cannot describe how grateful I am to Payton for helping me, empower women in their birth experience. In 2019, And again in 2020 I had very traumatic, severely pre eclamptic pregnancies. This is what inspired me to become a doula. However, to be in a better space mentally I knew I needed to be better prepared and also process the trauma of my own births, and Payton helped me tremendously in that journey. She is extremely knowledgeable and resourceful! I found the wealth of resources she shared extremely helpful. I always feel so supported every time I talk to her. She provides a warm calming energy, that can make anyone safe. She brings sensitivity and tenderness to every interaction. I am honored to know she will be benefiting birthing women to come. I cannot recommend her strongly enough; she's simply amazing.
