Yoga is not a trendy exercise. It is a 5000 year old spiritual path which uses movements, breathwork, and meditation to help one master the body and mind to reach enlightenment through unity, for health, and for self-understanding. I teach a prenatal safe, gentle, yin inspired yoga to help you connect with your womb space. Classes are private and occur in home.

Who should not do yoga?
Though instagram culture would have you believe yoga is only for skinny, fit, flexible women, yoga was actually created for everyone. It is meant to be accessible regardless of age, ability, income, or any other factors. No supplies are necessary to begin (not even a mat or yoga pants) and the poses you do should be completely intuitive and attainable.

No, you can practice to whatever extent you like. Most in the western world just practice yoga for its amazing physical and mental benefits. However much of my class is spirituality centered and will have language reflecting that.

Yes, small groups (2-3) are included in my rates. Larger groups or corporate events can be worked out on a case by case basis.

Again, yoga requires nothing but you. Wear comfy clothes if any type and if you want, you may bring a yoga mat. I will provide the rest.
