Herb selection should be an intuitive process. I will bring herbs for you to choose from or you can bring your own. Choose the herbs that call you to them. If you need guidance on herbs’ specific qualities, I can help with that.

Steaming should last about 20-30 minutes and should be done intuitively. For some, once a week is enough, some choose twice, and for some a monthly maintenance steam is just right. Conider steaming a part of your personal self care routine.

You should not steam for the first week or so postpartum or as you are actively bleeding. You should also not steam if you are pregnant, have an IUD, an STI, or have an irritated or inflamed vulva.

Just bring is yourself! I supply all of the supplies (hot plate, pot, herbs, stool, cushion, blanket, and journal). All you have to do to prepare is take care of yourself, stay hydrated, nourish your body, and rest.
